Subway Stories: tales from the underground. i think it was an hbo thing.

i have always been impressed by everything made by hbo. the sapranos, six feet under, subway stories, real sex, pornicopia, real women have curves, angels in america, deadwood, def poetry, lackawanna blues, the life and death of peter sellers, i think they did series about the nuremberg trails but i forget what its called, carnivale, project greenlight, the wire, band of brothers, spawn, arliss, and a considerable number of others.

okay, i hafta admit i haven't seen deadwood, or the wire, but i've heard good things.

i just think the calibur of programming is just un-rivaled.

I am in love with Carnivale.
I have Season 1 on DVD, and I am hoping they put the second one out pretty soon. My mother cancelled HBO so I never got to see any of the second series episodes. I've been hanging on a season finale for over a year.
Quite irritating

it was one my favorites too.
really strong cast. great story telling.

what i hate about shows like that is: i never know if its over with or if its just one break.
